Resumen
The present work shares a satisfactory experience applying gamification in the training of library staff, based on the use of a playful, fun, and enjoyable tool such as a rally, was sought to reinforce the knowledge related to the process of ordering and shelving library materials.The activity was carried out at the facilities of the UNAM Central Library with personnel attached to this entity in the context of strengthening post-pandemic job skills. The applied methodology is explained in detail to be replicable in other libraries. Finally, the results allow us to highlight the usefulness of the game in the training of library staff.
