The importance of regulating the use of artificial intelligence

Resumen
What follows in this article is, first, a compilation of the historical background related to the creation of the first computers, who have been the precursors of this technology and their different programs, until we reach what we know today as Artificial Intelligence (AI), how it has impacted and evolved in the modern world. Subsequently, it will be mentioned which are the different types of artificial intelligences that are known, what each one of them does, followed by a couple of definitions of how they work. Likewise, situations that lead to a problem resulting from an unregulated or unbridled use of these intelligences and the possible consequences of this excessive use, as well as to present the countries where they have been addressed or a legislative regulation has already been implemented, such as in the European Parliament and the situation in the Mexican Congress. Concluding with a reflection on why regulate a proper and adequate use of such technology, since, in case of not doing it as soon as possible, that would lead to new lawsuits or complaints being in a relatively new matter for the legal field.
