Resumen
The suspension of general norms will only be granted when they cause irreversible violations of human rights, that is, when the appearance of good law is crystallized. To do this, the Court must explain the circumstances of the practical case, which allow it to be concluded that said impact occurs. Unfortunately, on many occasions it has not done so. For example: it does not explain the reasons that allow us to affirm that having an income of one hundred and twelve thousand pesos per month —like that of the President of the Republic— violates the human right to obtain a decent remuneration.
