Resumen
The article compiles and analyzes the current legal framework, both national and international, of cultural heritage, tangible and intangible, in the United Mexican States. This essential category of Cultural Law has international standards that both the Mexican Republic and the Kingdom of Spain share, not only because they are considered conventional norms of the constitutional block, but also because they are high contracting parties of the international legal instruments on the subject of the human rights universal system protection. Using the structuralist micro-comparative method, the similarities and differences in the way these standards are implemented in their internal regulation are analyzed.
