Resumen
Political power has been studied for millennia. It will continue to be so because it is a social phenomenon whose fluidity means that it continually offers elements for analysis. As an expression of strength and as the ability to impose behavior, power is a social fact present in all human groups. Its germinal regulation corresponds to the first forms of organization; When those in power adopted elementary regularities, the archaic State began to occur. This essay concerns the different ways of understanding power that are relevant to the constitutional order.
