520.3.#.a: Objective: To evaluate the professional quality of life in healthcare workers during the covid-19 pandemic in Mexico. Methods: an analytical cross-sectional study conducted in clinical and administrative workers of a Primary care level unit. To assess managerial support, workload, and intrinsic motivation the Professional Quality of Life questionnaire (qpl-35) was applied. Descriptive statistics were performed with frequencies, percentages, mean, and standard deviation. To compare the quality-of-life scores according to demographic, clinical, and work characteristics of the workers, Student"s t-tests, χ2 and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used; a p value of <0.05 was considered statistically significant. The information was analyzed in the spss v. 25 statistical program. Results: 246 health professionals participated, 66.3% were women, and the average age was 36.77 ± 8.81 years. There were 0.81% of workers with poor quality of life, 45.12% fair quality of life, and 54.06% good quality of life. The quality of professional life obtained a mean of 245.75 ± 36.31 points. In managerial support, a significant statistical difference was found in the type of hiring (p= 0.01); in workload, a statistical difference was found in level of studies (p<0.001), and finally in the intrinsic motivation in gender (p= 0.001). Conclusion: health care workers presented a regular perception of professional quality of life during the third wave of covid-19. However, there are various studies published for our country that allows us to place ourselves on a scale or make a comparison with other institutions in terms of quality of life.
