Resumen
The purpose of this work is to study the national regulations on the rights of persons with disabilities in the member countries of the Andean Community such as Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, as well as the accessions and ratifications of international treaties signed by these nations. The methodology used establishes its bases in the method of comparative law that enables the analysis of legislation, finding compatibilities and differences between countries. The results are presented by means of comparative tables of each State which allow the evaluation of the regulations and determine how they could provide feedback from each other to comply with the legal provisions of international instruments and national legal systems in relation to the labor law of people with disabilities. disability. It is evident that, although the States have incorporated into their constitutions and laws the approach of rights and equal opportunities for the population with disabilities, the existing employment and inclusion rates concentrate low indices. Finally, it is proposed as a recommendation that there be a control mechanism for effective compliance with the labor insertion of people with disabilities and that this study be expanded to obtain a comprehensive vision in the development of public policies.
