A proposal to become spatial detectives of labor law: towards a spatialization of labor law

Resumen
Since the 1970s, the proposal to spatialize law has been grouped under the label of legal geography, and participates in socio-legal studies. Despite this, no work reviews the academic literature to offer a reading of the meeting points between labour law and legal geography. In this article, I present nine possible connections when thinking about labour law from a spatial perspective. Drawing from my own positionality, as well as from my doctoral thesis project, I argue that spatializing labor law allows for a better understanding of the materiality of work and the way in which law participates in its construction.
