520.3.#.a: The purpose of this work is to present some of the general ideas surrounding theNational Association of Universities and Higher Education Institutions (Spanishacronym ANUIES) regarding the celebration of 65 years of its existence. This paperdepicts the ANUIES under three imaginary representations: the first one faces theMexican State against the ANUIES in some sort of picture that tries to explain the way their relationship has evolved. The second depiction confronts the ANUIES with itself, while the third representation addresses the State, the ANUIES and the postgraduate studies in Mexico.This text allows the inference of certain elements that outstand departingfrom these three depictions throughout the 65 years of existence of the ANUIES,so the reader shall have certain insights on the portrayal of the dynamicschanging amongst these three actors.Este documento tiene como propósito exponer algunas ideas generales en torno a la Asociación Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educación Superior (ANUIES) en la celebración de su 65 aniversario de existencia. El escrito muestra a la ANUIES bajo tres representaciones imaginarias: la primera coloca frente al espejo al Estado mexicano y la ANUIES en una suerte de fotografía que trata de explicar la forma como se ha presentado en el tiempo dicha relación; en una segunda, pone a la ANUIES frente a su propia imagen, mientras que en una tercera son colocadas frente al espejo el Estado, la ANUIES y el posgrado en México.El documento permite inferir algunos elementos que se destacan a partir de estas tres representaciones a lo largo de los 65 años de existencia de la ANUIES, por lo que el lector dispondrá de algunas pistas para desprender una caracterización de la dinámica cambiante de estos tres actores.
