Número 120Septiembre - Diciembre 2007ISSN 0041 8633 APROXIMACIÓN AL DERECHO DE CITAS COMO FIGURA CONCILIADORA ENTRE EL DERECHO A LA EDUCACIÓN Y EL DERECHO DE AUTOR* Gisela María PÉREZ FUENTES** In this article, the author makes a study on the position that occupies the right of appointments with respect to the right to the education and the right of author in Mexico. In first term, it initiates with a doctrinal analysis on the concepts of fundamental human rights and, as well as the difference between these rights, with the intention of identifying in what category of the fundamental rights to the right to the education and the right of author are located. Later, it defines the right of appointments and it makes a study of right compared through diverse international treaties, later to center its study in determining if contrast between the right to the education as opposed to the author right exists. The author provides a panorama on the importance that has the right of appointment in Mexico, like mediating element front to the possible collision between both right before mentioned.
